The Lake Townhomes, Summerville, SC
The Lakes of Summerville is a townhomes complex of thirty-four buildings located in Summerville, SC. These buildings are roughly 8,500-10,500 square feet. William Douglas Property Management reached out to us to provide cleaning service to remove all mold, algae and dirt from building surfaces. Charleston Shine successfully met all COI request and completed the project to customer satisfaction.

Sage at Martin, Gaffney, SC
Sage at Martin is an Apartment complex of twelve 3-story buildings located in Gaffney, SC. Each building is roughly 8,300 sq/ft. Managed by Adalease Property, routine property cleaning was requested to remove all mold, algae and dirt from building surfaces. Charleston Shine successfully met all COI request and completed the project to customer satisfaction.

Pleasant Place, Lexington, SC
Pleasant Place is a housing project funded and built by South Carolina State Housing and Development Authority. Property damage caused by unfiltered iron-rich water in the irrigation system left a heavy layer of rust staining on brick, concrete, and vinyl fencing. Revitalization of the property was requested and Charleston Shine using sustainable practices and water remediation techniques was able to restore the property to brand new.
